坐禪 Meditation


10分鐘的坐禪,放鬆呼吸。由1數到10,不斷重覆。

呼的時後先數數字。掛住諗hashtag數過籠😅,唔緊要,發現時再由1數過~ 10 minutes meditation. Sit straight and relax the breathing. Looping from 1 to 10. Remember count the number only when exhale.

Counted 12 becoz thinking of hashtag😅. It doesn’t matter, just start from 1 again when noticed.
